Effective from July 20th, 2020 employees from Bulgaria, Romania and Portugal and from the countries that are not on the list of the countries with a low risk have to submit a PCR test result to their employer
This condition applies to those employees who spend at least 12 hours within last 14 days in one of those countries.
The PCR test must be undergone in the Czech Republic. The employee will not be allowed to enter the workspace without submitting the PCR test result.
As of July 20th, 2020 third-country nationals with a proven long-lasting relationship with the Czech citizen will be allowed to enter the Czech Republic. For obtaining an authorisation of the Ministry of Foreign affairs it is necessary to submit a declaration of honour of partnership download here.
