As of November 22nd, 2021 only holders of vaccination certificates and certificates of recovery are considered as a low-risk group as regards covid-19 for free access to majority of services, such as hotels or restaurants
This change will not affect the rules for entering the Czech Republic. It will be still possible to enter the country after submitting negative PCR test (in some cases antigen test) result (as an alternative to vaccination or recovery certificate).
However, this negative test result will not be accepted to access services, such as accommodation, restaurants, hairdressers, cosmetics (and other), indoor sporting or organised public events. You can find more information here (pdf, 322 kB).
