Rejection of an application and the impact on the foreign national’s stay in the Czech Republic
If your application, or else your appeal is rejected and you do not have valid permission for your stay when the decision becomes final, you will be issued with a deadline for leaving this country, and issued an exit order for this purpose. You will be required to report to the MOI CR office relevant to you for your exit order. If, when the decision becomes final, you have valid permission for your stay which allows you to leave the country, please leave the territory of the Czech Republic/Schengen at latest by the last day of validity of that permission.
The above does not apply for EU citizens.
