Proof of Czech origin
One of the requirements for an application for a permanent residence permit in the CR for a person of Czech origin is proof of Czech origin, which is issued, on the basis of a written request, by the Special Representative for Expatriate Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the CR.
