Readmission agreement with Switzerland

Czech Minister of the Interior Martin Pecina and Swiss Ambassador to Prague Jean-François Kammer signed the Readmission agreement between the Czech Republic and the Swiss Confederation on Thursday, September 17. Readmission agreement is the mechanism for carrying out returns of persons residing without authorisation who refuse to return back voluntarily.
Both parties also signed the implementing protocol between the Czech Ministry of the Interior and the Swiss Federal Ministry of Justice and Police. This protocol contains the details for the implementation of the agreement.
